FAQs
When are the live calls?
Metamorphosis includes one live group welcome call and bi-weekly group coaching calls after that. Specific dates and call times will be posted closer to program start date.
All calls are hosted within Practice Better via Zoom, and recordings will be available within 24 hours if you can’t attend live. You’re also welcome to submit questions in advance, so they’ll be addressed even if you’re not on the call.
Do I get private support?
Yes. You’ll receive a 45-minute private intake session and a 45-minute private integration session. You will also receive structured email check-ins on alternating weeks.
Private sessions are scheduled Tuesday through Saturday (no Sundays), at times that work best for you. All sessions are hosted within Practice Better and you’ll receive a recording if you’d like to revisit what we covered.
These 1:1 calls are where we go deeper into your personal plan — tailoring the protocols, addressing your unique challenges, and making sure you feel supported every step of the way.
Do we use labs in Metamorphosis?
No. Metamorphosis does not include lab-guided protocols. If you want lab-based personalization or have complex symptoms requiring precision care, Embodied Action is the better fit.
How much time do I need to set aside each week?
Metamorphosis is built for real life. Expect a consistent but doable weekly rhythm: simple meals, progressive strength training, and a clear focus each week. You’ll be guided so it feels structured, not overwhelming.
Here’s what to expect:
✦ Live Calls: 1 group call every other week. Calls are recorded if you can’t attend live.
✦ BodyLove Workouts: 4 strength & 2 cardio sessions a week, all under 35 minutes and designed for what women 35+ need most: low-impact fat loss, muscle building and bone density - however these are optional if you’re already following a fitness plan that you love.
✦ Meal Plans + Rituals: About 1–2 hours a week for shopping, prepping, and integrating rituals into your daily rhythm.
That’s it. You’ll be supported step by step, so the program feels doable — not overwhelming.
When do I get access to the meal plans, BodyLove program, and rituals?
You’ll receive access to all program materials via email and the Practice Better platform — including program documents, weekly meal plans + recipe inspiration, the BodyLove Training System, and your Ritual Toolkit — starting July 14th when the program officially begins.
I’ll also send you a prep email as soon as you enroll with everything you’ll need to get started, including suggestions for equipment, kitchen supplies, and setup tips. This way, you’ll feel fully ready to dive in from Day 1.
What happens after the 9 weeks? Will I lose my progress?
Absolutely not. During our final two weeks together, you’ll create your personalized Maintenance Plan — so you leave the program with a clear path for moving through the holiday season with confidence.

During Metamorphosis, we follow an anti-inflammatory, high-fiber, low-glycemic, high-protein, calorie-reduced, nutrient-dense protocol:

✦ Minimal starch (small portions of root veggies like cooked sweet potatoes).
