Will you give me a strict meal plan or workout routine?

Not unless you want one — and even then, it’s built with you, not for you.

This is a client-led process. Instead of handing you a rigid, one-size-fits-all plan, we co-create a personalized strategy that aligns with your body, symptoms, lifestyle, and capacity.

You'll receive:

  • Functional nutrition guidance

  • Strength-based movement support

  • Somatic and nervous system tools

If structure is supportive for you (like a sample meal plan or a detailed workout routine), I’ll absolutely provide it — but only if it fits your goals and feels sustainable for your life. This is your process, and you lead the way.

You’re not left on your own. In addition to our coaching calls, you’ll have ongoing support and check-ins so you always know your next step. I’m here to walk beside you, not just meet with you once and send you off.
